Once logged we contact as you as per the below response time , diagnose your issue and then resolve over the phone.

3. We invoice you upon ticket completion.

Average Response Time: 1 Hour (Phone)

Hourly Rate: £50 p/h + VAT (Invoiced upon ticket completion)
